Overview
The air dryer is mainly used for strand surface moisture removal after the cooling tank. The equipment uses three-blade air suction with a double-fan structure; wind blades are installed on the roof with a top roller controlled by a cylinder.
The box has a comb with air and water separation: through the air of the roller the strip can spread out, increasing the strip air area, achieving a dewatering rate of up to 99%.
