Overview
The linear vibrating screen uses a vibration motor as the vibration source to throw material up on the screen mesh while it moves forward in a straight line. Material evenly enters the feed port and several sizes are discharged from respective outlets through the multi-layer screen.
Screen mesh has 6 mm thick hole and 2.3 mm fine hole and can be customized. An axial-flow cooling fan can be installed above the mesh so the material is cooled at the same time as screening.
