Overview
The Water-Ring (water flush) pelletizing line is suitable for PET, PVC, PE and other plastic granulator extruders. Material strands are extruded out of the die and conveyed by the water flow in the tank to the pelletizer room for cutting, then carried by the flow into the centrifugal dehydrator, dried, and sent to the material cooling device.
The water tank can be customized in width (500/700/950/1150 mm) with a standard length of 3,000 mm. All product-contact parts are made of 304 stainless steel. The main machine die height shall not be less than 1,400 mm and inlet water temperature controlled within 15 °C.
