Overview
The micro pelletizer (custom machine) is applicable to direct production of fine particles with diameters of 0.4–1.5 mm. It consists of two parts: the pelletizing head with traction roller and cutter — each equipped with a separate power device — so the speed of the two motors can be adjusted to complete precise particle length control.
The other part is the upper and lower feeding rollers which ensure smooth and continuous feeding; the rotating cutter cuts the strand into standard particles discharged from the discharge pipe to complete the pelletizing process.
