Overview
The underwater granulation system cuts molten plastic materials under water to form granules. The system consists of three parts: the underwater grain cutting machine, the centrifugal dehydration assembly, and the water circulation pipe.
Compared with other pellet cutting methods, cutting in an underwater environment effectively prevents oxidation of particles and maintains product quality; particles are rapidly cooled in water, reducing the bonding phenomenon between particles.
